Season Pass does not work

please do something or give me back the money for a seasonal pass, Problem in updating the game. The whole world is playing the version 65.21.27.7.0 and Russia, Poland, Ukraine and many other countries play 62.22.28.7.0 version, we can not adequately
play on other servers and Season Pass who bought it in myself included - does not work. Please update the creators of the game Russian server (I ask you because Activision does not provide support for Russia), if this is not possible, then give me back my
money for a season pass because I think it is cheating to take money for what users can not use it. Thank you

is this on the xbox or the xbox one S?

its showing as installed in games and apps?

and the same gamertag used to purchase the content is being used to play it?

Season Pass DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought the season pass for black ops 2 on the 360 store and installed it on my xbox one. It successfully installed the season pass but there are NO maps in my ready to install menu. I checked in the game store AND both stores. It wants me to pay again
for the DLCs again even though I already have the season pass. Fix this please. I just spent $50 dollars on the season pass and I can't even use it. Maybe in the future test this before you release it and basically steal your customers money by advertising
all DLCs included....then get no maps with the season pass. I don't understand why this wasn't checked before released. You would think a multi-billion dollar company could test something so small but so big to the customers that pay for it and don't have
money to waste on things that don't even work.

If there is a fix reply back please.

I still also have this issues. No updates for russian and polish disc version. We stuck on version 62.22.28.7.0 and can't play with friends from another regions. Season Pass does not work, game it crashes randomly, no help from Activision assist in Russia.
They do not want to listen to us.

Here is an interesting one. I assumed that since this game worked like Destiny that if I bought the digital season pass that it would work like the destiny season pass/expansions. But apparently it does not. My account has all the goodies and my son's
account does not. This is totally different than how all the digital games work. As of right now, it looks like I will have to purchase the season pass twice to get it to work on my son's account. Has anyone else experienced this?

If that does not work, are you sure the code was for the season pass and not simply a currency code worth £20? If the latter, it will have added £20 to your account and you will then need to go to the digital store and ''purchase" the season pass using that
currency.
