Season Pass DLC wouldnt Transfer to Xbox one from 360

I purchased the season pass on the 360 then later this month I got a Xbox one and got the game for the one aswell I have installed the season pass along side my day zero edition but everytime I go in game it shows Costs $49.99 and no green arrow and the
word purchased I go to click purchase I get you already own AW Season pass look in your games and apps section, which it's still there but here's the kicker sledgehammer told everyone that their season pass would get transfered to the one for free and I downloaded
mine now it won't work and the season pass says I on it purchase costs 49.99 and that I already own it I've done all the troubleshooting, uninstalled then installed, soft and hard reset on my console I rebooted it even and the problem still exists someone
please tell me how to fix this if you fixed yours thank you

DLC transferring between Xbox 360 and Xbox One depends on whether or not you purchased the DLC with a Call of Duty: Ghosts Season Pass.

If you have a Season Pass:

DLC purchased on Xbox 360 will transfer to Xbox One.

DLC purchased on Xbox One will not transfer to Xbox 360.

If you do not have a Season Pass:

DLC purchased on Xbox 360 will not transfer to Xbox One.

DLC purchased on Xbox One will not transfer to Xbox 360.

Brought COD AW Season pass on Xbox 360 but it's not transfered to Xbox one

hi, can anyone help..... I purchased the COD Advanced warfare season pass on my Xbox 360 as have the game disk. That all works fine. I have just purchased the Xbox one and have the Xbox one cod aw game disk but the season pass I purchased on 360 is not showing
as transfered on to the Xbox one console. When I go to Xbox market place and season pass for Xbox one it says £34.99 to pay. I thought the season pass would transfer over from 360 to one consoles?

How do I get the season pass on the Xbox one? I have games for both consoles on disk.

also will any DLC that I have purchased on the 360 transfer to the Xbox one?

I see the same thing.

Don't worry. As long as the xbox store says you already own the season pass you have nothing to worry about.

Unlike the 360, when you own a season pass on the xbox one you don't have to get content from the ingame store. Any future DLC that is included with the season pass will show up as FREE on the xbox store. You will be able to download it from there.

You can see if the season pass is working as you should have the option to download the Atlas gorge map for free from the xbox store. Unless it is already installed which will also mean the season pass is working.

 

I was told at GameStop that the Xbox 360 and PS3 season passes do not transfer to their respective next gen consoles and that you will have to repurchase the season passes if you upgrade to next gen

That is not true.

My season pass I bought on the my ps3 and xbox 360 has transferred over to my ps4 and xbox one..

There is a time limit though. I think you have until march 2015

I had this happen with BF4 prem. addition. What I did was download the dlc, then I had to download each map individually.

I too am having this exact same problem with my Season Pass. On my Xbox One it says that I have it purchased but when I go to use the exclusive widow-maker gun and or try playing on the Gorge map It will not allow me. I have done all the same troubleshooting
that you have tried and nothing helps. I even tried contacting Activision and they said they will try fixing it with a future update. But as of right now there is nothing they can do.

But if anybody does have similar problems and know how to fix this some feedback would be greatly appreciated.

 

I have the same problem with my season pass. I can't play Atlas Gorge, and I can't get access to the new weapons. I will update this board when I find a solution as I will be calling around. Good luck everyone and Please of you find out anything please post

COD AW just did an update. I can now use the exclusive Widow maker gun but as of right now I still can not play on the Gorge Map?

 

I had a 360 and just updated to the One and my Season Pass shows that I purchased it, I have downloaded it, but my weapons say I need to purchase the Season Pass. But I can play the Gorge Map! I have deleted the download and reinstalled it. Same issue!

 

Download it from the xbox store not the in game store.

 

Iv deleted it and downloaded it from the xbox store and still nothing can't play zombies or use new weapons still saying cost and no dlc

 

Im mad bout this my season pass say purchase and when i click it it say i already own it and i got the widowmaker and the atlas map it works but the new maps keep sayin purchase
