Season pass bonus content. Help!

Hey I pre ordered the deluxe edition of the game about 2 weeks ago. I played the game today but I noticed I didn't have the outfits from the bonus content. I checked the store and it says they are unavailable. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Sunset Overdrive Digital Day One Delux Edition issue

Hi, I bought the delux edition on Okt 29th. When I look at the season pass it still requires payment. Season pass bonus content is fine and showing as installed.

 

I cannot purchase the season pass

I preordered the deluxe edition and have managed to download everything else, but the season pass will not download.

if I try and get it from the store, it tells me ive already bought it and asks if I want to install - selecting to install does nothing at all.

I cannot select it from the manage game options because its not listed there

I have downloaded the free weapons and stuff, also ive got the game and the season pass bonus content.

how do I get the season pass file?

do I even need the season pass file? (thinking maybe the season pass bonus content file is an all in one)

 

I got my outfits but did not get the melee weapons. Maybe they will get it sorted out.

 

i ordered from the microsoft store and do not have the 2 bonus weapons as well

 

Im searching for an answer like crazy i can't find them either

 

Hey there, guys! I found you in our Sunset Overdrive forum and moved you over here into the Support Forums. Let's see if we can get those items to you!

In Games & Apps, can you hit the Menu button on the Sunset Overdrive icon and select Manage Game? In there, do you see any of the items that need to be downloaded? Please make sure that the Season Pass has also been downloaded.

If you don't see them there and the Season Pass is downloaded if you've purchased it, please post back the following:

• Where did you purchase your Day One Edition?
• What items are you missing?

This will help us narrow down what is going on and see if we can get you those items! We can start from there when you post back.

 

I have the season pass bonus content installed. But when I go to install the weapons and outfits it says they are unavailable. I was only able to download the 3 melee weapons and one outfit. The rest is unavailable. I downloaded the deluxe edition from the
Xbox store digitally.

 

It say I have the season pass bonus content installed but when I go to the season pass it says I have to buy it for 19.99. I bought the deluxe edition shouldn't I have the plain season pass also?

 

I have them downloaded. I have no idea though how to find them in tbe game? Calista doesn't have them. No idea how to equip them or where to find

 

I got them calista had them, didn't show up the first time. I guess you have to get to a certain point

 

Im at the Japanese museum part and I still can't find any of the items.
