    Season Pass/Backward Compatability


    I am playing the 360 version of Assassin’s Creed IV on my XB1. The 360 version of the season pass does not seem to be available to buy on xbox.com. If i buy the XB1 season pass will it work or am i better off trading my copy in and buying the XB1 version?

    Hi!

    The version had to include a code to redeem F4 and F3 (x360 backward compatible), in addition also a code for the season pass. If you have not received the season pass code, it is very likely that you have the basic version of the game without all DLCs.

    Sorry to hear it. Here is a complete list of all the backwards compatible games available for the Xbox One https://majornelson.com/blog/xbox-one-backward-compatibility/

    As you can see Game of Thrones is not listed. This is because there is a version of the game for both consoles. Because of this the season pass would need to be purchased separately for each version of the game.

    Hey fptara, I was able to find a xb360 version of the season pass on the marketplace. purchasing this should work with your 360 version of the game.

    *edit: after you purchase this online on your computer or smartphone you can find it to download in the xbox store by searching 'assasins creed xbox 360' or by going to the 'My games and apps' menu on your console pressing start on your Black Flag and selecting
    'manage game and add ons' it should appear in the ready to install section.

    Hi!

    King's Quest has a dedicated version for X1, the X360 version is
    not compatible     with the new console, as well as DLC and Season Pass. I'm sorry, but you will have to buy additional content for Xbox One again.
