    Season Pack Dragonball Xenoverse


    i've bought the season pack for the retail xbox one version of Dragonball Xenoverse.

    After succesfully downloading and installing, I can seem to find the dlc in-game. None of the extra characters are shown in the roster, no new quests are available, ...

    I've already contacted NamcoBandai but they said it's the platform (xbox) store that's the problem!

    I would like a solution to this problem, because now I've paid $24,99 for something that doesn't work.

    I have already removed my account from my system and logged in again. I've also uninstalled the game and the dlc and re-installed that, but it had no effect.

    Please help!!!!

    DLCs for dragonball xenoverse 2 Xbox one not working

    I’ve bought dragonball xenoverse 2 extra pack 1 and 2 but none of the content promised in the DLCs show in the game I’ve tried everything please help

    Do you think the season pass's for games are worth purchasing?

    I think the last season pass I bought was for DragonBall Xenoverse 2 and was really disappointed when they released more content out with the season pass and I think even went as far as to make a season pass 2. I did however get the season pass for Assassin's
    Creed Odyssey free with the edition of the game I got and that has rekindled my faith in season passes.

    Just to add to CactuarLOL's super helpful post,
    if you are seeing the word "Manage", when you search for the Season
    Pass     on the Xbox One Marketplace, you are a proud owner of the Season Pass and are good to go!

    Just to double check, you can also verify that you own the Season Pass by checking your purchases on commerce.microsoft.com.
