    Error code 0x81c201c3. System is completely useless after 4 months of minimal use

    Can't sign in to my profile, access my games, connect to xbox live, or perform a factory reset in settings without getting error code: 0x81c201c3. There is nothing on this error code when you search it in errorhelp. What a piece of *** system and service.

    I had the same problem earlier, and after a little searching I found the solution:

    Go to xbox.com on the same network as your Xbox.

    Sign in on the profile Being Recovered

    Get the text message code sent

    Enter the code

    Go to your Xbox and try to recover again

    The error message doesn't help either. The error code search only relates to Xbox 360 in my case.

    I got the error code 0x87c40011 couldn't see my achievements my games install slower and can't watch Netflix on my Xbox one, but I can on my 360. I factory reset my Xbox one and still get the error code
