    If the game is sealed and you bought it from a reliable store like Best Buy you shouldn't need to worry.

    Every physical game I've bought in the past had a seal over the edge on the right that you open to get to the game. I haven't purchased a physical game in about 2+ years though, but I'm pretty sure it's still the same process.

    Usually a white tape on the opening to the disc. I've never really needed to question if games were authentic make surr you buy from authentic retailers and you shouldnt have a problem.
