Sealed copy of Black Ops 3: Code already redeemed?

If I understood correctly, do you want to redeem a DLC that you already own?

Or do you want to redeem a code that includes this DLC + Call of Duty Black Ops 3?

If it's the second you're going to receive only Black Ops 3 because you already own the DLC

they wont be able to get a refund from the store they purchased from as they have already redeemed the code, OP will not be able to get a refund or a different copy.

Nope. Like I said, the game was still factory sealed. No one could have gotten to the code to redeem it. Which means someone either guessed or generated it (if it really was already redeemed).

Black Ops 3 is not backwards compatible on Xbox One, Black Op 3 is already available on Xbox One.
