Seagate Storage Expansion Card Pre-Order Cancellation

Hi everyone,

While assisting me with a payment related inquiry, a Microsoft customer service agent mistakenly purchased a Seagate Storage Expansion Card for pre order through my Microsoft account credit. I've tried calling and live chatting and absolutely no one has
been able to help me cancel this and get my refund. It mind boggles me that I cannot cancel this order despite it not being shipped. I really need that account balance to use towards my Series S pre order but they insist that I take delivery of the item on
November 10th and then go through the hassle of sending it back to Microsoft and waiting even more days for a refund. Everyone I talk to redirects me to the Microsoft Store Support team via phone but everyone there gives me the same answer that they cannot
cancel it. I simply don't know why this is the case when it is a PRE-ORDER that hasn't even been shipped yet.

Would anyone be able to help me cancel it? I submitted a refund request and some agent closed my case without even giving me a status update or solution. At this point I don't even know who to talk to anymore and am just frustrated by the lack of competency
at Microsoft's customer service end.
