Seagate external hard drive suddenly stopped

    Seagate external hard drive suddenly stopped


    hi peeps

    been using a seagate 2tb hard drive for 2(?) years now, and suddenly its stopped showing up on the Xbone. I looked around and bought another replacement cable, no luck.

    i can connect the HD to my laptop and it shows up, passes all the tests on the seagate software apps ect.

    the blue light shows when all cables are connected to the xbone so its connecting, just not showing up.

    tried all the Usb ports on my xbox and my daughters. no luck.

    any similar issues/fixes?

    Xbox one wont recognize external hard dirve

    I bought a 3tb seagate external hard drive around Christmas and ive been using for 6 months now until a few days ago when my xbox stopped recognizing it

    Hi,

    My Xbox one recently stopped detecting my external hard drive (SeaGate 2TB) after working fine for almost a year. I've tried every port and done several hard re-sets. Any advice? Please help.
