    Afternoon all having problems with seagate external drive xbox cannot find it and we have no light I've done change ports change cable did resets.

    I have no light but can hear and feel the fan powering up.

    I can also see it when I plug it in to my laptop but won't let me do nothing

    I'd go with Seagate. They're one of the better external hard drives imo. I have a 3TB Seagate and I love it.
