It does look good yeah. Love the whole pirate theme.

 

After the experience my brother and I have had with Assassin's Creed Black Flag and the Pirates of the Carribean movies, we're absolutley stoked about this new IP - probably moreso than most of what we've seen so far.

 

I will do anything to support Xbox One exclusives (timed exclusive or not), so I will indeed buy this game when it comes out next year.

 

This game stunned me. I will own Sea of Thieves Day One. Rare did a fantastic job with this idea

 

First i was...meh...first person...meh....why he didn't go inside the carvern....gggrrrr....and then other players,the sea,pirate boats,sharks,battleships,...(didn't show any characters vs characters fight)...

But anyway,looks great and brillant idea.

 

Definitely my favorite game of the show. Everything announced looks pretty great, but for some reason this really struck a chord with me.

 

This looks amazing....but what is the E.T.A.?

 

Very cool. It looked like crew members were players (not npc's )too. That would mean a hierarchy in the game. Look forward to it.

 

Looks like it has the potential to be something special.

I'm excited at the idea of Rare (seemingly) going back to their roots instead of pushing out Kinect stuff, but why pirates? Ugh.

Naval mischief aren't my cup of tea. I wanted a new entry on the Perfect Dark universe...or something in the Banjo-Kazooie universe...sigh.

 

Banjo? Pff! No thanks... Perfect Dark, yeah, I could get into that, so long as it's not another Zero (which literally lived up to the name).

...but pirates and naval mischief? Now, those ARE my cup of tea. I've always had a love for pirates growing up thanks to Disney's Peter Pan, Hook with Robin Williams, and the newer Pirates of the Carribean films, as well as Monkey Island 1 and 2 (which are
funny as heck), and Assassin's Creed Black Flag. There was another great pirate-based video game that I remember playing over the years that I can't remember the name of, sadly, but it was an over-the-top-view kind of game...
