Sea of thieves xbox one s bundle

I purchased the xbox one s sea of theives edition bundle. I didn't realize it wasn't automatically downloaded on the console. Now when trying to play it needs an activation code. Where can I get this if I can't find the box that came with it? I have
the serial number obviously but Microsoft says it can't help unless I purchased the game online and sent me here for help.

One X and Far Cry 5?

Anyone have any idea if there will be a Far Cry 5 Xbox One X bundle like they had for Sea of Thieves?

 

Error loading Sea of Thieves for the first time?

We have just downloaded Sea of Thieves on Xbox One S.

When we try to start game we get the error 0x87e0012d.

Anybody else experienced this?

Unfortunately there is no way to replace lost codes. You would need to find the box and the code that was in the box.
