Sea of Thieves Xbox Game Pass Error: 0x803fb107

Hey Guys I have a problem

I got the Game Pass for Windows 10 and wanted to play Sea of Thieves but it doesn't download properly.

It seems to download 27,21 MB and then display the error message: 0x803fb107. I can continue the download but it loads the exact 27,21 MB and stops again with the same error message.

Other games download perfectly, even problematic ones like Gears 5 or The Outer Worlds.

Things I already tried (multiple times):

- Restarted the computer

- Emptied the cache of the windows store and gamepass storefront

- de- and reinstalled the gamepass storefront

- tried to download it via windows store with deinstalled gamepass storefront

- changed the language and region of my computer (i read that could help)

I probably tried other stuff as well that i don't remember.

The weird part is that only sea of thieves shows this error, the game was the reason why I got the gamepass in the first place.

Can I do something else or is it an issue with the game or something else.

I am grateful for all answers.

I had already tried everything on this page except reinstalling the game services,

I tried that but now it is even worse bacause the same issue happened with it.

I can't download the game services because the download stops after about a second.

The error message this time is: 0x80073CF9.

Now I can't even play the games via Gamepass that worked before.

As I read through the forums it seems my hard drive doesn't work properly with some Microsoft Software.

I will cancel the Gamepass and hope the troubleshooting didn't cause more harm to my computer.

I Suggest you make a report by the error if you don't can find there

Sea of thieves requires gold and game pass, unless you purchase sea of thieves, then you only need gold.

Before we look further into this situation, do you mind telling me if you had the Game Pass on your Xbox at the time in which you could play Sea of Thieves? I believe that you may not be able to play Sea of Thieves because it is a Game Pass exclusive game,
so you would need to have the Game Pass in order to access Sea of Thieves. I also recieved the game when I purchased my Xbox, however it would only stay on my console as long as I continued my subscription with Game Pass.
