Sea of Thieves won’t load on my Xbox one

soT downloaded with GamePass. Won’t load/start. Screen goes black and boots me it to the main Xbox game menu. Have restarted many times and it won’t load passed the first/main screen. Is there an issue? What can I do?

Never got any mixpots!

I’m tuned into the sea of thieves live stream right now but I’m scared I won’t get the gun because I’ve watched e3, inside Xbox, the game awards, the other sea of thieves stream. Etc. And have never received any mixpot items or notifications or codes or
emails. My account has been linked the entire time. Please help!!! Thanks.

 

Sea of Thieves Mixpot Reward

I never received my Mixpot Reward for Sea of Thieves on Xbox One X, on March 22nd I watched the Sea of Thieves voyage stream on mixer but I was never sent the code for the Ebon Flintlock

 

Have you tried a hard reboot? Since it's a game that is online only, I assume you checked you're online and you have Open NAT? Or, it could have been a random issue that I hope is resolved now.

Check that your Gold subscription is active, then proceed as follows:

1) Perform a power cycle;

2) If it does not work, delete your account from the console and re-download it again.

 

This is ridiculous... you pay for game, downloaded it and can’t play it until reinstalling. I was downloading it for 6 hours...

 

Have you do a hard reset on your console as well unplug the router to reset? If you turn off console while the game is still running it could happen like that. When Im done playing a game I usually press the start button and quit the game before turning
off.

Here's a couple of steps to go through:

1) Make sure your game pass hasn't expired

2) Hard rest your console

3) Un-install and re-install SOT
