    Sea of Thieves won't install


    I have had this problem for as long as I can remember and it is that sea of thieves no matter what will not install. also, it is the ONLY thing that won't install/update as everything else works fine. I've tried clean booting my pc (which almost erased all my data Sea of Thieves won't install :mad: ... ) I've also tried looking through files as there could be clashing data but the is NOTHING as a while back my old hard drive broke and I got a new one. <- I don't know if this has something to do with it but it probably does.

    another thing, both Microsoft store and the Xbox app will hold the game at 1% for a minute and then either say an error occurred or just stop the download completely.

    any ideas are appreciated.

    So, right now there's no space used by the game, right?

    Please try searching the game pressing the windows key and then start typing "Sea of thieves"
    It brings a result?

    If yes, right click on the game, select "deletr/uninstall" and try installing it again
