    Sea of Thieves Twitch Rivals Obsidian Ship Liveries Rewards


    Hello, I had linked both my Sea of Thieves account with my Twitch account and proceeded to watch the Twitch Rivals stream to receive the promotional rewards of the Obsidian Ship liveries set on both days of July 23rd and 24th on my cellphone and I watched
    said streams for roughly an hour and 15 minutes but did not receive the rewards in my Sea of Thieves game on Xbox One. I made sure both accounts were linked before watching both streams of both days and still to no avail. I really admire the Obsidian set and
    was very disappointed to have not obtained the Obsidian Ship Figurehead, Hull, Sails, or Flag after viewing the streams. I read on the forums here to contact Sea of Thieves support after 72 hours of not receiving the rewards and to make a support request on
    the website. Thank you for your time

    In regards to this matter, we here on the Xbox Forums do not have the necessary tools to be able to assist you with getting this resolved.

    In this instance, we would have to refer you to
    Twitch Support    , as they would be able to assist you with receiving the promotional content you are entitled to.

    Alternatively, you could also reach them at their
    Twitter     page if you need an additional method to apply some pressure.
