    Sea of Thieves Technical Alpha Invite


    Hi guys

    I got the invite for the technical Alpha, ive followed the links, found the xbox insider hub, installed it. Navigated to the insider content, only to find Minecraft Win 10, and an app box. i signed in using the same email address and gamertag that i joined
    with, but i cant see the icon for the download for sea of thieves, im really stumped, ive absolutely no idea what to try next, my friends are playing it right now. Can you help me please ?

    Sea of thieves account help

    My sea of thieves account says that I am not an insider even though I signed up for one using that account and I even get emails from sea of thieves saying I'm an insider. I have the email as proof and it says I can play the technical alpha, but the technical
    alpha is not working. I already got Microsoft support and here is my reference number: 1408185241

    It probably states that you can enjoy the next session (not the current one!!).

    So probably the download will become available shortly before the next session.

    Unable to Join Game or Accept Invites on Sea of Thieves after installing Steam version

    After uninstalling and reinstalling Sea of Thieves and the Xbox Game Bar many times, I am able to invite and accept invites on Sea of Thieves Insider through the Game Bar. I am able to send invites from the Game Bar for Sea of Thieves. However, when I receive an invite or try to join in on Sea of Thieves, I still have the same problem. Sea of Thieves and Sea of Thieves Insider are two different builds. There must be a file somewhere on my computer that is not being deleted or uninstalled and it's not allowing me to accept these invites on just Sea of Thieves. I don't know how to find this file.

    Game Has alot of potential

    Yeah the more game play and behind the scenes videos that they release, the more anticipation I have for the game. Last weeks Four Feathers video developer gameplay was especially brilliant.

    If you haven't done so already you can sign up for the
    Sea of Thieves Insider program to get regular updates on the game and the potential to be invited into the technical alpha.

    I was invited to the "Sea of Thieves" Technical alpha. I have yet to gain access to the game install

    Follow the steps below to get the Xbox Insider hub and to download the game:

    • On your Xbox One, head to the Store

    • Search for and install the Xbox Insider Hub

    • Launch the Hub and you'll find Sea of Thieves waiting for you

    • Click the icon which will take you through to the Store page

    • Install as you would any other game

    A great way to start are the
    Sea of Thieves Insider forums     ... :)
