Sea of Thieves shows not available on my xbox app on pc despite buying game pass for pc

Hi, I moved to Canada from Oman 2 months ago, this pc was bought in Oman.

All I had to do was change my pc's location haha, it was still set to Oman, thanks a lot for the help.

Your PC region is the same as your physical location?

Ultimate is not the issue. I'm not sure what is, but Ultimate is not a requirement. Ultimate is a bundled subscription of Gold, Game Pass for console, and Gane Pass for PC. If you're only using the PC, you only need Game Pass for PC otherwise you have 2 subscriptions you don't need. Sea of Thieves is available on Game Pass for PC and buying Ultimate wouldn't change anything about the game.
