Thank you for letting me know that the suggestions you tried did not work. Good thing that you did submit a ticket with Rare Support. I reached out to them, and they informed me that they have seen this issue and contacting them is the best way to resolve the problem. While you are waiting for them, could you please try one last thing for me.

Press the Windows Key
Type in Apps and Features
Select Sea of Thieves
Select Advanced Options
Select Reset

The L02 was the error code provide with the error message I have attempted to upload a picture of the message to no avail so I shall type it here:

"Error. There is a missing or corrupt data file that is required for the game to run. For more information visit: https://aka.ms/SotDataCorruption

To contact Rare costomer support, please include a screenshot of this message.

I attempted to submit a ticket to Rare and in that process I was led here. I went ahead and filed a ticket under a bug now so hopefully something will come from that. Thanks again for your time.
