    sea of thieves pre order not showing up on console


    I pre ordered my copy of sea of thieves and redeemed the digital download code on the microsoft store and about a week later whent on my console and the pre order wasn't there. i went on my computer to double check the pre order
    went though and it was showing up online. i went to redeem the code that was on my microsoft account but when i typed it in i received an error that the code has already been used. how do i get the pre order on my console?

    My pre order reward mission not showing 2 out of 3

    Ive pre ordered Sea of thieves and Far Cry 5. Only 1 of the mission things is showing. I want to pre order Kingdom come deliverance as well but im not gonna bother if i then have to pre order another game to get it. Thanks

    Hello I pre-ordered on 28.2 Sea of Thieves, but unfortunately I did not receive a code for the pre-orderer DLC yet.

    The game itself has not been released yet. You'll have to wait till the release date to play the game.

    If I may ask, may I know which platform are you trying to play the game, is it on Windows PC or Xbox console?

    Kindly confirm if the Sea of Thieves premium version pre-order transaction is showing up under your Microsoft account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you pre-ordered your game.

    If the Sea of Thieves transaction doesn't show up, this means that you have purchased the game on a different Microsoft account. Please check your other Xbox email accounts' order history.

    Still not receiving the "Black Dog Pack"

    Hi there PoulpeMalade01. We're afraid the Black Dog Pack was a pre-order bonus only for Sea of Thieves.

    Therefore if you purchased Sea of Thieves after its release, you wouldn't be eligible to receive that DLC.

    If you preordered digitally through Xbox, you won't receive a code. You would already be able to download it. It would either show up in your ready to install area or you'll need to search for it in the store.

    If you preordered it from a retailer, you'll need to contact the retailer you purchased it from for assistance.
    I pre ordered online and I installed the pre order Sea of Thieves AND the pre ordered Sea of Thieves Closed beta. I have two Sea of Thieves in my Games folder now on Xbox One...and neither of them will let me in to the closed beta which started at 4am PST.
    So I assumed you needed a code, which I don't have.
