    Sea of Thieves PC Error Code Ashbeard


    Hello. All the “solutions” I have come across online have proven to be unhelpful. In my main menu for Sea of Thieves it keeps stating that I need to sign in to Xbox Live in order to play the game(AKA error code Ashbeard). While this
    appears to be a simple issue to resolve I have done all the basics to solve this issue. It is important to note that I am attempting to play on my PC. I have attempted signing out of my Xbox Live account through the Xbox App, singing out of my Microsoft account
    through the Microsoft Store and through my pc settings, and I have restarted my PC multiple times. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the Xbox Insider Hub App since that was an apparent solution for this issue during the beta tests. I also made sure I only
    had one account linked to my PC and that it was the same account for my Xbox Live account. All have not worked am I am hoping for help. It is also important to note that I had played this full game previously a few days ago with my friend on PC. It was working
    fine and I had no issues signing in. I hope that this was an issue your/Rare's end, however I highly doubt this is the case. Please respond with any helpful suggestions/solutions.

    Having the same issue. The exact error message is:

    "You must be signed in to Xbox Live to play Sea of Thieves. Please try again. (Ashbeard)"

    my aim is to be able to play sea of thieves on my windows 10 custom pc and i keep getting ashbeard and i have tried every forum and xbox help page and multiple live chats and nothing seems to work :/

    Try to unlink your account even from smartphone (if you are logged in there). Disconnect all devices and log back on to the PC. Also try to follow these
