Sea of thieves not showing in xbox library

I have tried all of the messages you suggested but sea of thieves doesn't appear to show up in my library as a downloadable game, and there is no way for me to download it while using the xbox app and its companion.

We need to validate if the game was purchased under the correct account. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order from there stated as "completed". We can only request a refund if the transaction is showing up.

Also, if we can't find the game order, it may mean that you were able to play the game through the game pass or it was on a different account of yours.

Everything worked out, got my old pc to check if i still had the game there. Figured out that i indeed had another account and know i have the game. Thank you for you'r time.
