Sea of Thieves not installing while other game are

Also the problem with the game not installing is only for sea of thieves but for other games they get installed but when I launch them it pops up with the error code 0x803f8001 while for sea of thieves it pops up when I try to install the game.

The error code 0x800704c6 means that the download has failed or paused due to networking issues, or that there might be an Xbox service alert.

I understand that this game was previously working and you're only experiencing it today.

Before you begin troubleshooting your connection, check for any Xbox service alerts or interruptions here:

If you see any alerts, wait until the service is up and running and then try again.

To ensure that your router is not experiencing any issues or bugs that may cause some websites or ports to be inaccessible, please do a power cycle by turning off the device, pulling it out of the power outlet for 50 seconds before turning it back on.

Once it boots up and regains internet access, please try to access the game.

If you're still experiencing issues, let's reset your network settings:

1. Right click on the Start button then choose Search.

2. In the search bar, type cmd. From the results, right click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator. Select Yes on the User Account Prompt for the program to be able to make changes to your computer.

3. Type the command below into the Command Prompt window and press Enter on the keyboard to run the command.:

Netsh winsock reset

A message will appear saying to restart the computer to complete the reset. Restart your computer. If you are using wifi you may need to reconnect to your network after the restart.

It still pulls up with the error when I try to install sea of thieves : / I also tried dragon ball fighterz which after resetting my pc could install but it still cant launch. So sea of thieves cant even download while dragon ball fighterz and other games can but cant launch. They all pop up with the same 0x803f001 error now.
