    Check this new video about Sea of Thieves.

    No gameplay, but the team look really nice and they have a great studio to work in. The cafeteria look clean and so much light! Also they have a lot of trees and water. For a studio, it's really cool it's not in the middle of a city.

    Can't wait to play this game!

    After further researching your account, I do see that the following codes were sent to you:

    Since that is the case, the best course of action would be to file a support ticket with Sea of Thieves and provide as much detail as you can along with screenshots or videos that show you do not have either one of these two items in-game.
