    Sea of Thieves Mixpot reward - Ebony Pistol


    Good evening,

    FAQ suggested I post here. I attended the mixer.com/xbox sea of thieves stream, my mixer notifications say that I have received the reward but have nothing in game. My account is linked correctly. What can I do to resolve this?

    Hey there. There was a stream in mixer with sea of thieves. The reward for watching was Ebony Flintlock Pistol. I still not got it in this game. Can you help me?

    Hi there Berf Jiggy, thanks for reaching out.

    You may have been experiencing this issue when there was an issue with DLC for Sea of Thieves occurring at the time.

    To check, visit your armory chest (on board your ship our outside the weapon shop) and equip a Flintlock pistol. Do you see the Ebon Flintlock pistol available to you within that menu?

    Gotcha, thanks for that info. Your Ebon Flintlock should appear in that top slot to the right of your standard pistol.

    To clarify, are you playing on the same account as your forums name, Berf Jiggy?

    Additionally, if you check My Games & Apps>Sea of Thieves>Manage Content>Ready to Install, is the Ebon Flintlock pistol showing as a separate item to install?

    If not, let's have you try
    removing profile    ,
    power cycling     your Xbox One console, and signing back in. When you launch Sea of Thieves again, do you have any luck seeing your Ebon Flintlock pistol skin variant?

    We just want to assure your that your account did indeed receive the content, to double-check sign into your
    commerce page and look for the Ebon flintlock pistol.

    You should see that content appear in your vanity chest, clothing chest, equipment chest, and armory in-game.



    Keep in mind that at this time the Sea of Thieves devs may have promotional content turned off and it may not appear in-game until the issue with that content is fixed.
