Sea of thieves mix pot huntress figurehead

your Microsoft Account is meant and the order history. There you can see if you received the figurehead for example (with date).

I got the same question yesterday, but found it later. You can misunderstand it very easy if you are not familar with it (like me).

I tried looking up the Gamer Tag: XxMollyHatchetxX to confirm if you were eligible for receiving the MixPot items, but nothing shows up under that Gamer Tag. Since that is the case, can you please provide me with the correct Gamer
Tag you signed into Mixer with to watch the live stream on Aug 21, 2018. Once I have this information, I will be more than happy to take a further look into this for you.

I was signed into xbox live with this Gamertag and watched with the mixer app. I don't have any other ones. But when i logged in mixer from my phone it made me make a new acc so now I'm confused. I thought since i was signed in xbox live that's all i needed
to do.

I see that content in my Microsoft commerce page but unfortunatly nothing in game :/

I apologize that you are not seeing the "Sea of Thieves Huntress Figurehead" in your game. I'm not sure why you are experiencing this behavior. Here is the link to their support site:

Just an FYI, when you click the link for "RAISE A SUPPORT REQUEST", it will take you to the "Sea of Thieves Support" page and then forward you to the sign-in page. Once you sign-in, you should be able to proceed to file a support
ticket with their engineering team.

Hello. I am having the exact same problem as these other people. Can you please help me out as well? I watched the whole stream and was one of the first logged in and its been over a week. Thank you in advance for anything you can do.

Just because you watched the stream, it doesn’t automatically entitle you to the Mixer Pot awards. Quantities were limited.
