Sea of thieves mix pot huntress figurehead

I have not received my figurehead I watched the entire stream and I have a mixer account but I still did not receive the huntress figurehead please help!

 

I also watched the stream logged in with this GT, i watched nearly the whole stream and have yet to receive the codes to redeem.

I did signed into Mixer with that Gamer Tag: . I changed my Gamer Tag recently maybe it changed there. My new Gamer Tag is Crusader Colin. Try that one.

 

If somehow you can look through the chat on the live stream I wrote "Hi Graymont" in the chat and might show up on the feed.

Jasowh. I am 100% sure that I signed in to Mixer with the GT: . I even made a Mixer account just to get this figurehead and view the stream. I changed my gamer tag recently to : Crusader Colin. Maybe it is that name instead now. I also wrote in
the live stream's chat. I wrote "Hi Graymont" Please check again and see what you can do. I dont want to be cheated out of this figurehead, that I made a Mixer account the day of the live stream to get this figurehead. I started watching during the PUBG section
of the stream.
