Sea of thieves mix pot huntress figurehead

I apologize that you are not seeing the "Sea of Thieves Huntress Figurehead" in your game. I'm not sure why you are experiencing this behavior. However, after further research, please see the following link for further assistance:

Just an FYI, when you click the link for "RAISE A SUPPORT REQUEST", it will take you to the "Sea of Thieves Support" page and then forward you to the sign-in page. Once you sign-in, you should be able to proceed to file a support
ticket with their engineering team.

Haven't received huntress figurehead

I watched the Mixer last week so I could get the Huntress Figurehead for Sea of Thieves, but I haven't received it yet

At 21 of August I have watched the Xbox stream on Mixer but I didn't received any reward (the Huntress Figurehead) on Sea of Thieves.

Same thing for me. I watched the entire stream, on both xbox and PC, my gamertag and mixer accounts are linked. I never received the Ebony Flintlock pistol, either. I really would like to get the Huntress Figurehead...

I had to go into my "orders" and redeem it. Still didn't get the ebony flintlock, but whatever...

This content is automatically applied to the Microsoft Account you watched the stream with. Be sure to check the Microsoft Commerce page while signed-in to find the Sea of Theives Huntress Figurehead and Forza Horizon 4
Limited Edition Festival Tee (white), GamesCon 2018 MixPot attached to your account.

If you see that content there, you are all set!

After further investigation we have found out that your mixer account was created after the date of GamesCon and is not eligible for the rewards. Please note that you are only eligible for the rewards if your Mixer account was created before the specific
event to watch and it has to be attached to your Microsoft account.

Gamertag is . I was signed in via mixer app with that gamertag. Same account as mds3u.

I apologize for all the trouble you have had up to this point. However, once the code has been sent, you should be able to see the redeemable code in your Xbox messages. With that said, I would think that once the code has been
redeemed, and if you are still not seeing the item in your game, it would be an issue on the publisher's side. Since that is the case, when you get the chance, can you please file a new support ticket with their engineering team and make sure to provide them
with as much detail regarding your issue along with as many screenshots as well. Please let me know what they say.

Currently, I looked at your account and see that 2 codes for the following items were sent to your Gamer Tag: Naleris on Aug 21, 2018:

Sea of Thieves Huntress Figurehead

&

Forza Horizon 4 Limited Edition Festival Tee (White)

Now If their engineering team comes back with the exact same answer, then that will confirm we have a bigger issue here and I will be more than happy to escalate it right away!

I tried looking up the Gamer Tag: Spoilord to confirm if you were eligible for receiving the MixPot items, but nothing shows up under that Gamer Tag. Since that is the case, can you please provide me with the correct Gamer Tag
you signed into Mixer with to watch the live stream on Aug 21, 2018. Once I have this information, I will be more than happy to take a further look into this for you.
