Sea of Thieves Mercenary pack

I purchased the 3 month gold offer for $14.99 on April 14th. I have waited until now hoping that it would arrive and still nothing. Its coming close to the 31st (the last day to receive a code) so time is running low and I'm getting upset. It seems I'm not
the only person having this issue so it seems it won't be fixed but after talking to support I was sent here so this is my last option. Support said everything checks put so if I don't get I code it seems a lot of people got scammed by Xbox and Microsoft.

There are LOADS of us in the same boat. We all purchased via the xbox app on the link. I do not have mine either from the same time frame. I also rung support and again they said to come here. We did not get our content. Not on the xbox notifications
and not in any emails. They simply were not sent out. Can you stop repeating the same bull and give us our codes already?

Thanks for the mail and sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Unfortunately we weren’t involved in this promotion so there’s not much we can do directly from here, but we have raised it with the Xbox team and they’ve advised that if you still haven’t received
your Xbox message with the Mercenary Pack code, you should head back to Xbox Support (at Xbox.com or on Twitter) and they’ll be
able to resolve it for you.
