I purchased the promotion of Xbox live gold 3 month subscription with the sea of thieves mercenary pack on April 17th and haven't received the code for the mercenary pack yet.

XBox store is offering this until 4/30. I already have an XBox Live Gold subscription. If I buy this, will I still get the Sea Of Thieves Mercenary Pack? I don’t care about the 40% off. All I want is the Mercenary Pack.

Thanks for the mail and sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Unfortunately we weren’t involved in this promotion so there’s not much we can do directly from here, but we have raised it with the Xbox team and they’ve advised that if you still haven’t received
your Xbox message with the Mercenary Pack code, you should head back to Xbox Support (at Xbox.com or on Twitter) and they’ll be
able to resolve it for you.

Same here haven't received anything. I met the term and condition, I'm new to xbox live so I received the membership discount but no sea of thieves mercenary pack
