    Sea of thieves mercenary pack code not in message centre


    I have purchased 3 months gold on my xbox one x so I can get the sea of thieves mercenary pack but the code has not come through to my xbox message centre I am not sure if i am eligible because an account on my xbox already has gold but my account does not
    have gold.

    I purchased the promotion of Xbox live gold 3 month subscription with the sea of thieves mercenary pack on April 17th and haven't received the code for the mercenary pack yet.
