Sea of Thieves Mercenary outfit. Promo from 2018, still no code.

I purchased the 3 months of gold offer for the Sea of Thieves Mercenary outfit back in April 2018. It said I would receive the code by May 31, 2018, and I still haven’t gotten anything. I have posted right after I purchased, called support multiple times,
even contacted Rare directly (they stated they weren’t involved in the promotion, so it’s on Microsoft). It has been nearly 3 years. I would like my code or something equivalent. I would have not purchased the gold had I known it was throwing away my money,
as I had no other reason for the purchase other than for that particular outfit. Does anyone have any information to help me? Please, and thank you!
