    Hello,

    Over two weeks ago on 3/22 I purchased 3 months of Xbox Live Gold so I could get the promotional Sea of Thieves Mercenary outfit.

    I purchased it from the Microsoft store on 5th Avenue in New York. I supplied them with the correct email and got a recepit for the purchase but still haven't received the promotional code.

    Could someone please assist?

    I tried calling support a couple days ago, finally was given a new number to call as they said it wasn't in their department, and ended up with the number for a catalog company with nothing to do with Xbox.
