    Sea of thieves lavenderbeard


    I have tried launching sea of thieves multiple times today. When I got the error code Lavenderbeard I Assumed it was a server issue or connection loss. But when I did research I found it was related to firewalls and antivirus settings. I have tried everything
    and looked everywhere online to try to fix this but can’t. If someone knows how to fix this please help.

    There are several reasons that this can appear:

    1. The servers are down for maintenance

    2. The client version of the game has become out of sync with the server - caused by a newer game version being deployed

    Please use the Microsoft Gaming Repair Tool for Xbox App, this tool detects and automatically repairs error found on your system. Please download and install it using this link then run it as administrator.

    If running the tool did not work on your situation, delete all Xbox and Microsoft from your credentials manager. There is a high possibility that your previous credentials are saved in your cache and being used automatically.

    Credential Manager lets you view and delete your saved credentials for signing in to websites, connected applications, and networks.

    Click on Start > Search for Credential manager > Windows credentials. Search for Xbl|DeviceKey, click on it and then Remove. Also, remove all the XblGrts and XboxLive credentials.
