Discus and support Sea of thieves is not showing up in my xbox games windows library. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have confirmation that I bought the game.     Sea of thieves is not showing up in my xbox games windows library.


    I have confirmation that I bought the game. I just recently upgraded my pc, so maybe that's an issue? Either way, I would like to play it, and it's not in my library.
    I also have an order # and the date I bought it.
    I know I'm on the right account, as I have achievements for it in the app itself, and never bought it through steam, or any third party.

    Why do I have to pay twice for xbox play anywhere games?

    I have tried all of the messages you suggested but sea of thieves doesn't appear to show up in my library as a downloadable game, and there is no way for me to download it while using the xbox app and its companion.

    That's odd. Are you able to install other Xbox games?

    Try to go to https://account.microsoft.com > Devices and remove your old operating system there or device. Once removed, restart your PC and try to download the game again.
