    J'ai reset mon pc il y a maintenant quelques semaines . Je n'ai pas rejoué Sea Of Thieves depuis ce jour . Aujourd'hui , j'ai voulu y rejouer , je me connecte donc sur le Microsoft Store mais je ne trouve pas Sea Of Thieves dans ma bibliothèque .... J'ai
    donc pensé que je m'étais trompé de compte , mais pourtant l'adresse de mon compte et celle de mon compte xbox compagnon est la même . Mais sur les deux , je vois les transactions pour les pets mais aucune trace de Sea Of Thieves dans mes jeux .... J'ai essayé
    de réinitialiser mon Microsoft Store mais ça n'a rien fait (je précise que même si il n'est pas écrit que je possède SoT sur l'appli xbox , il y a quand même tous les achievements que j'ai fait dessus qui sont écrit . Je joue Sea Of Thieves depuis sa création

    I reset my pc a few weeks ago now. I haven't played at Sea Of Thieves since that day. Today, I wanted to play it again, so I connect to the Microsoft Store but I can not find Sea Of Thieves in my library .... So I thought I had the wrong account, but yet the
    address of my account and that of my companion xbox account is the same. But on both, I see the transactions for farts but no trace of Sea Of Thieves in my games .... I tried to reset my Microsoft Store but it didn't do anything (I point out that even though
    it's not written that I own SoT on the xbox app, there are still all the achievements I've done on it that are written. I've been playing Sea Of Thieves since its inception and it's my favorite game... I don't want to lose it. If you need any proof, please

    Hi Darth,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Is it possible you had a game pass subscription, and no longer have it? The game is on game pass and would of been free to download. That would explain not seeing a purchase and having achievements. If you never have and
    think you did purchase you can check the
    order history     again. If still have issues then can request a call from support. They will be able to assist you further.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Xbox game pass

    I think it is because you are trying to download Sea of thieves instead of the anniversary edition.

    Try this:

    Open the Microsoft Store(No the gamepass app), then search for Sea of thieves: Anniversary Edition and try to download that.
