Sea of Thieve's Huntress Figurehead from Mixer Stream

Greetings,

I watched the mixer stream on 22nd August with my linked Microsoft account. In my Microsoft Account "Order History" it shows I successfully "redeemed" the figurehead following the stream.

However, the item never arrived in-game. (Yes, I have checked in the Shipwright's box, multiple times)

I followed up with Rare's support, who directed me to follow up with Xbox support instead, so here I am.

Can I get your assistance with actually getting the apparently "redeemed" cosmetic to appear in-game.

At 21 of August I have watched the Xbox stream on Mixer but I didn't received any reward (the Huntress Figurehead) on Sea of Thieves.

Please follow that link and raise a new submission for rare. This time when you create a ticket please provide screenshots of what you see, so they can see that you do have it redeem and it just isn't showing up.

This is beyond my ability to help because I can only provide codes not the actual in game content.
