Sea of Thieves: Have not received the Obsidian Lantern

I didn't receive my mixpot reward either and I was definitely signed in and linked. It as the Sea of Thieves Obsidian Lantern from the Game Rewards last week. Any help?

Try clearing the cache.
Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

It can take up to 7 days for the reward to be added to your account from the end for the streaming event and this particular one was on streamed on Friday Dec. 7th:

You can check you order history on your account.

I havent received a message stating that i received it, it shows under my order history that i did get it.

Just as a side note, the last Mixpot took me a couple weeks so I would check back in next week if you haven't received it yet.
