    Sea of thieves Gamescom Mixer Mixpot not awarded


    I like many others watched the Xbox Live Stream for Gamescom from start to finish. My xbox live gamertag is linked, and I have received other mixpots in the past. However I received no notification in Mixer about the mixpot, nor did I receive any message
    on Xbox, and my account does not show the Sea of Thieves figurehead being awarded.

    I've heard so many stories about people who only watched a small portion or half of the stream, and received the Mixpot reward. And so many others like myself who watched the entire stream, and as of yet nothing.

    I understand that the Mixpot goes out in waves, but being how difficult it is to get support on this, I don't want to delay looking into it. Mixer support sends me here, which is just bizarre. Rare for obvious reasons doesn't have control over Microsoft or
    Mixer.

    But a support forum that is usually only graced by Xbox Ambassadors that volunteer, how is this the only course to a solution? Makes sense for hardware/software support sometimes, but not for issues like these.

    I watched the Mixer stream for Sea of Thieves and I did not receive the mixpot reward.

    I watched the mixer gamescon stream but have not received the mixpot reward for Sea of Thieves as of yet. My xbox account was linked to my mixer account.

    After further research, it appears that both codes were sent to you on Aug 28, 2018. In addition, I have also confirmed that these codes were redeemed on your account yesterday and today as well. With that said, it looks like you are now all good to go!

    Missing X018 Mixpot

    I watched the entire live X018 event on Mixer with my account logged in, but I didn't receive any Mixpot awards for Sea of Thieves.

    I really hope it will be some indie game, or maybe some skins for Sea of Thieves or something like that, but there isnt any info about the mixpot, i will check in mixer just in case
