hi, i bought the game on steam a few years ago and played for 106 hours. Game doesn't ask my xbox account and I kept with my steam account. Then I got bored and deleted it. I reinstalled yesterday but when I entered the game it asked me to connect with my xbox account. When I connected my xbox account, it started the game with xbox profile instead of the profile I played and I can't see my old profile and save. I wrote the sea of thieves official site and they send me this:

Please log out from all your Xbox and Store accounts, restart your computer/Xbox and then login again. After re-running the game you will be able to log into the correct account.

how can i fix this?

Selamlar, ben sea of thieves i birkaç yıl önce aldım 106 saat oynadım. oyun ilk çıktığında xbox hesabı istemiyordu ben de steam hesabıyla oynamaya başladım. 4-5 gün önce tekrar yükleyip oyuna girdiğimde xbox hesabı istedi benden ben de hesabımla giriş yaptım fakat oyun en baştan başlattı, yeni korsan seçtirtti ve nametag imi değiştirdi. resmi siteye bu sorunu yazdığımdaysa yukarıdaki gibi bir cevap aldım denedim yine olmadı. ben bu sorunu nasıl çözebilirim?

We understand that you want to know if the progress of your the game Sea of Thieves which you used to play on Steam could be transferred to your Xbox account. Let’s us check on this together and sort this out. Rest assured, we will do anything in our capability to assist you with your concern.

For us to sort this our, may I ask if you use the correct Microsoft account when you login to play this game? The reason why I ask this is because it is only one Microsoft account that can be use for this. If ever you have link it to a different account you can have the instructions on this article to unlink/relink the account. Steam - How to link / unlink an Xbox Live account – Sea of Thieves

We also recommend that we can offer to completely unlink Xbox account from Steam using the Game Bar with these steps:

Game Bar -> Settings -> Account -> Steam (keep in mind this is all of Steam, not just the one game).

I'm sorry to hear that happened. Are you using the same Microsoft account you used the first time you installed Asphalt 8? Is there any steps you have tried to retrieve your data?
