    Can anyone help me with my xbox app not installing/launching games?

    Also the problem with the game not installing is only for sea of thieves but for other games they get installed but when I launch them it pops up with the error code 0x803f8001 while for sea of thieves it pops up when I try to install the game.

    Thanks for responding and we apologize about the confusion but thank you for letting us know that it is through a PC. Do you have issues with any other games or apps? Did this start happening after updating your pc?
