Sea of thieves ebon flintlock

I have my account linked and everything set up and made sure to load up the stream before it started so i wouldnt miss it. Its been 7 days and i have yet to receive anything. My friends who tuned in later in the stream got theirs a day or two after the stream.
I have seen that microsoft are having an issue that people who tuned in before the stream started havent received their pistol skin either and a lot of those people have since gotten theirs after posting on here so i figured i would do the same to see if i
can receive mine aswell?

Ive been waiting for a year for this to be awarded again and now that is is im getting scammed from my reward. This is very frustrating and has happened before with the onyx compass and im tired of getting ignored by support telling me that they cant help.
