    Que puis-je faire?

    Hello, I have a problem right after the maj of sea of thieves that I took with the xbox game pass.

    I'm trying to run it and I get this error: "Sea of Thieves is currently not available in your account, the error code is: 0x803F8001"

    Hi Silver,

    By any chance do you have any of these antivirus installed on the PC?:

    • COMODO
    • Kaspersky
    • WARSAW/ gas tecnologia
    As these are known to cause a few issues within the game on PC.

    Let us know Sea of Thieves don´t run :)

    Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like sea of thieves isn't running properly at the moment. It looks like comodo may be the source of the problem. I was able to find some more information on this issue at sea of thieves
    forums website. Please check out this Article. I hope this helps fix the issue.

    Comodo was really the problem.

    THIS problem was really annoying.

    I hope I can use Commodo again sometime later. : D
