    Hi i have some problems with playing the game i bought today every time i open it is say: i cant play it because my profile configuration docent allow for multiplayer. and i really wanna play the game.

    Sea of thieves doesn't work correctly

    Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

    If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again

    Sea of thieves doesn't work correctly

    Hello,

    I still can not play in open crew because the game hangs on the loading screen after lifting throws and in recent days the same problem occurs with a crew of xbox friends.

    I can not play Sea of Thieves anymore.

    I had it already reinstall and the problem is the same.

    I try everything:

    - The 10secs to restart the console.

    - Factory development ..

    In short, nothing works!

    Microsft does nothing to solve my problem.

    I remind you that I have a dematerialize version of the game.

    I can not test the game on PC because I use a MAC Book Pro

    Are you on a child account? You may have multiplayer access blocked if you are.

    Hey

    Could you confrim on the issue you mention you get stuck on the loading screen but you lift the anchor?

    If you lift the anchor your in the game and there isnt a issue. If it isnt matching you with people then there may just not be a open crew at that point in time.

    If its sticking on the loading screen then the steps you try would depend if your on xbox or PC ?

    However i would advise on reinstalling the game
