I Have the same probleme.

Please note that it does note show anything except "an error has occured bla bla" on any page of the games for Windows, no possibility to do anything.

(in my case, I wanted to play Sea of thieves"-

Sea of Thieves is not a Games for Windows Live title.

1. Would you please install the game using the Windows Store, as sometimes this helps when a specific title might be giving you problems installing? Go into the Windows Store and search for Sea of Thieves and install.
