    Sea of Thieves Cyanbeard issue


    I tried everything. I read EVERY post online. I have a strong fiber but still this game keeps on failing on me. Sometimes I can play 1 hour straight, sometimes not even 20 minutes without getting disconnected from Xbox servers. I really wanna refund.

    Sea of Thieves (Cyanbeard) disconecting from Xbox live server every single time that i play

    Hello everybody,

    everytime i play Sea of Thieves on my PC (Windows 10) i get disconnect from XBOX Live Server with the error Code CYANBEARD. No Infos on the official side of Sea of Thieves, and all the Progress get lost (treasures and co.) and this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME...i
    dont know what to do to fix this. I dont have have any Network issues on other Online games on my PC...My Network Connection is good as well...it has something to do with this game and XBOX live Servers...

    Since we have tried all the possible steps here to sort out the issue. There seems to be an issue with the game only. Would it be fine if you can try contacting Sea of Thieves support for further advice? You will need to report the bug to them so that they can provide a fix for it.     I understand, please search Control Panel in the Search box below then below Network and Internet click "View network status and tasks." Click your network connection name then click "Properties." Highlight Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) then click properties. Set click "Use the following DNS server addresses." Set the following server addresses to 8.8.8.8 then the alternate DNS is 8.8.4.4.

    Please try launching your game after that and see if it works.
