    Hello Xbox Community, recently I've been having a recurring issue with Sea of Thieves. I'll start up the game and everything will go smoothly, the title screen pops up, the trailer is shown, and allows me to select what mode I would like to play. Those of
    you that own the game will know that before you enter the actual game you must press, "Set Sail". When I did this, the music started to jitter, almost like a record repeating but very rapid, and it went to the home screen. Nothing new right? All games have
    the occasional glitch so I started the game once again BUT, it happened again. Being an Xbox member since 2010 I just thought "Oh I'll restart my Xbox" but that didn't work either. Full shut down my Xbox, unplugged it, deleted my account and added it back,
    reconnected my internet, deleted and reinstalled SoT over 4 times and nothing seemed to fix the problem. Now, although looked down upon but many still do it anyways, I game-share or use the "home Xbox" method with a very good friend of mine so we can play
    with each other on certain games that one might not have. I started my 2-week trial game-pass not too long ago to get SoT for free as many would. This allowed my friend to get the game-pass and SoT as well, but the thing is that he can play SoT with no problem.
    We also downloaded Tomb Raider off the game-pass and it worked perfectly fine. So it isn't the game-pass... Sorry for such a long rant but paying a high price for a console along with memberships and games is annoying when the games don't even work. Any other
    suggestions on how to fix this issue?

    Xbox app loads up, tried to load my friends list then closes

    do me a favour and try the xbox app again? i downloaded the closed beta for sea of thieves for that stress test weekend and it actually showed my friends list. now my xbox app is not crashing (hope i dont jynx it)
