    Bonjour, j'ai acheter Sea of Thieves et quand j'appuie sur "jouer" il se lance ( on vois le logo sur fonds noir, puis un écran noir, puis crash sans raison).

    J'ai essayer tout ce qui est mis sur le site officiel ( désinstaller/réinstallé, déco/reco, mettre en admin, changé l'heure, la langue, changer de compte utilisateur sur windows) Rien n'y fais mon jeu ne fonctionne toujours pas.

    Une idée svp je craque ça fait 3 jours que je cherche et tente des choses.

    Hello, I buy Sea of Thieves and when I press "play" it launches (black on the logo, on a black background, then on a black screen, then crash for no reason). I tried everything on the official site
    (uninstall / reinstall, decor / reco, put in admin, change the time, language, change user account on windows) still not. An idea please I crack it's been 3 days that I search and try things. cordially

    Hi,

    Have you tried reinstalling the Xbox App? You should give it a try.

    If you're still having the issue:

    • Fix 1:

      Login to Windows 10 with a local Microsoft Account. This fixes the majority of cases reported.

    • Fix 2:

      Open the Windows 10 Store, then in the top right corner click on the profile picture.

      If you have multiple accounts signed in, sign out all of them but leave the email account linked to the game’s purchase signed in.
      Next, in the Windows 10 Store download any free app at all.

    Then try playing Sea of Thieves again through the Windows 10 Store “Library” page.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your PC to install SOT appropriately. I can totally understand how this could get really old really fast. I suggest trying the steps outlined in our

    Game freezes or stops responding on a Windows 10 device     as a good means of preliminary troubleshooting.

    When you get the chance, give the steps on that page a shot and let us know if that helped.
