    Hi !

    I have a trouble with my sea of thieves controller, ( stick button ) , how can I get a new one ? I read that controllers have a 2 years old warranty ( i'm in france) ?

    It's a gift, and it's too bad that it doesn't works :/

    If you have an Xbox One console you should be able to arrange to repair the controller if it is still under warranty through the
    device and repair website by selecting your Xbox One console and accessories for the sub category. If you experience any issues with raising the service request please
    contact the support team directly and they should be able to assist with this.
